SoftTALK 2000, hereafter referred to as "the software", is the copyrighted property of COCOON Creations Close Corporation, hereafter referred to as "COCOON Creations".

General Conditions of Use

This license agreement grants you (the licensee) a non-exclusive license to use the software subject to the conditions set forth herein.

You may use this software on any single computer. You may also use it on a second (or further) computer, as long as at any time only one (1) copy is in use. You may also install and use this software on a network, provided that a license has been acquired for each person permitted to access the software via the network.

You may make copies of the software for archival or backup purposes but you may not distribute such copies.

You may not permit other individuals to use the software except under the terms of this license agreement.

You may not in any way alter, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, the installation files thereof or this document.

You may not redistribute this software without permission of Cocoon Creations to do so. If you would like to redistribute this software, please contact us.

Your license may be declared null and void by Cocoon Creations in the event that you do not adhere to all of these conditions.

Commercial License

This license is effective only if you have purchased (or received a complementary) Commercial License from Cocoon Creations.
Under the Commercial License, you may continue to use this software on an ongoing basis.

You are also eligible for certain upgrades free of charge. Such upgrades will be announced by Cocoon Creations when available.
