It is of the utmost importance that our products are of the best possible quality and that our clients are 100% satisfied with our products.

Software:

Definition: "Software" is any product product that only exists in cyberspace: the entire product is therefore a digitally coded entity that is download able or available as code on digital storage media.

All software we sell are available as demo versions, which can be downloaded and tested.

The user therefore has the advantage to try before buying. A return policy is therefore not applicable to software.

Physical Products:

Definition: "Physical product" is defined here as any product that does not qualify as "software" as defined above.

Refunds:

Should you not be satisfied with any physical product that we shipped to you, we will fully refund you on the following conditions:

• The product has not been physically damaged in any way
• The product is repackaged in its original packing materials
• The product is shipped back to us (only the items that were returned to us will be refunded)
• We have received the product (or product-set) back within 1 month from the date on which your transaction was approved.
